When requesting the data we hold about you, we will require one proof of your identity and one proof of your address.
Acceptable proof is a copy of the following:

Proof of Identity:

  • Current Signed UK Passport;
  • Current UK Photo-Card Driving Licence and counterpart;
  • Current UK Paper Driving Licence.

Proof of Address:

  • Utility bill not more than 3 months old (excluding Mobile Telephone bills);
  • Current tax year Local Authority Tax Bill;
  • Current UK Photo-Card Driving Licence and counterpart (if not used as proof of identity);
  • Bank or Building Society Statement (excluding internet statements);
  • Mortgage Statement that is not more than 3 months old;
  • Local Council Rent Agreement;
  • Benefit book or a copy of the original notification letter from the Benefits Agency confirming the rights to benefit.

This data will be provided to you at a charge of £10.

We allow you to challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data:

  • erased;
  • rectified or amended;
  • completed.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide our visitors with a copy of their personal data, but will give reasons for our refusal.

We do, however, allow you to challenge our decision to refuse to provide you with a copy of your personal data.
