This service includes:
- Preparation of your required number of duplicate deed polls;
- Preparation of your required number of duplicate Parental Responsibility Statements;
- Certification of each of your child's duplicated deed poll, confirming that they are true copies of the original which have been prepared by us
Description of Service
Once everyone with parental responsibility for your child, and your witness, have signed your child's deed poll, you can return it to us so that we can prepare certified copies for you. If you are buying this service with your child's original deed poll, not only do we pay for any return postage, but we also include our Archive Service for FREE.
The Identity & Passport Service will only accept your child's original deed as proof of their change of name, so having copies can be extremely useful as you will still have proof of your child's change of change available while this organisation are processing your child's application.
The first copy is charged at £12 and you can have as many additional copies prepared as you require for just £5 per additional copy.
